Shipping policy

US ORDERS:

In Stock Orders: Once you place your order, it will be processed within 2-4 business days after your order confirmation is received. This time may be extended during Holiday seasons or during times of high order volumes such as seasonal sales. Maximum delivery time will be 2-3 weeks after purchase. Please understand we are a small dedicated team and we work hard to reduce shipping times. 

Pre Orders: Items that we have available for pre order include but are not limited to: Helium Hotspots and Antennas, these items will be clearly labeled as ‘Pre Order’ and will have an estimated time for delivery. Please note, these are only estimates and items such as the miners may have extended delivery times based on component availability. We will keep you updated on any and all changes via email and our social media platforms. Liability and risk of loss pass on to you once we transfer the product(s) to the shipping carrier. By placing an order on this website www.shop.parleylabs.com you agree to these terms.

INTERNATIONAL:

Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery, as delivery times vary based on your local customs procedure policies.

There may be sometimes unforeseeably an additional fee, tax or duty that will have to be paid in order to release the package to you, we are not responsible for these costs. Parley Labs will not refund an order that has been returned to sender because the customer does not pay the VAT or additional fees. Parley Labs will also not refund or resend a package that is returned to sender because it is unclaimed. You will have to pay additional shipping costs to have a replacement item sent out to you once we receive your original order back to us. All sales are final. We do not offer any exchanges or refunds unless your order is cancelled within the cancellation period or you receive a defective item. Parley Labs will not be responsible or refund purchase price for items lost in the mail. Also please note Parley Labs cannot ship to PO Boxes outside of the continental United States, and we cannot ship to mail forwarding services.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS: Parley Labs uses the shipping address that you provide for us when creating the shipping label, if you need to change the shipping address please contact us and provide legal proof of address change such as a utility bill or photo of your license showing your name and the address you would like us to change the shipping address to, this is to help prevent fraud. Parley Labs will not refund purchases that are returned to us due to an incorrect address and you will have to pay for additional shipping to reship a new order to you once we receive the original order. 

ITEM SAYS DELIVERED BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT:
Unfortunately sometimes issues like this will arise. We suggest contacting your local shipping carrier so they can contact the carrier on your local route to confirm delivery. Parley Labs will not be responsible to refund purchase price or resend orders whose tracking shows the package was delivered. You can file a claim with the USPS  or the carrier in which your order was shipped with. 

SHIPPING TO THE WRONG ADDRESS:

Parley Labs uses the shipping address that you provide for us when creating the shipping label, if you need to change the shipping address please contact us within 48 hours to provide an updated address. Parley Labs will not refund purchases that are returned to us due to an incorrect address and you will have to pay for additional shipping to reship a new order to you once we receive the original order.
